student life

i have always heard people saying student life especialy campus life is the best life anyone can ever have. But..oh boy..let me tell u it is not really fun being a student in university..Right now im freaking out with too many things to be accomplishe in too little time. Well there is the weekly lab reoprt for every engineering subject..Tutorials..assignments..Projects to followup..Lazy groupmates to handle..Fussy lecturers to be buttured up..Boring lectures to be put up with..the early mornings and horrifyingly late nights...Library books that were due two weeks ago..The occasional nil bank balance...The long lines to use the university printers to print out assignments(its cheaper compared to outside CC)..On top of all bad food that taste like saw dust sweeping off the market floor(yucks). Despite all this we have handle our social life(social life to me is the occasional trip to the mall-when appa has deposited fresh supply of money of course), keep our co-curriculum impressive by joining as many clubs,societies and attending as many camps as possible, score our quizes,tests and finals so that our names are encrypted in the legendary dean's list. The dean's list of course sounds as if it something great..Trust me..the reward is only a high tea and a piece of certificate (but there is no denying the swelling pride when your name appears on the faculty board under the dean's list award student) and of course you will be then formerly known as the geek and will be momentarily kicked out from the cool gang and sneered at if you fail to get into the dean's list the following semester...Anyway, for all of you people out there who keep repeating that student life is wonderous and monumental..i bet you will be running for your lives if you have to experiance the student life we are experiancing now.
